Part 1- Based on the Triple E framework and the research I examined, there are some key considerations I would take into account as I build an asynchronous professional learning course for my peers. To structure this course, I will design online modules that guide teachers through meeting the SMART goal of incorporating technology-enhanced lessons into their teaching by using the Triple E Framework rubric. Also, after reading the article, Integrating the Experiential Learning Cycle with Educational Supervision by Gordon, I will ensure that Kolb’s experiential learning cycle is incorporated into my LMS modules to ensure the attainment of the goal.
