SMART GOAL SETTING Name: Alexi      Smart Goal -  By the end of the current academic semester at least 75% of teachers who attend one of the two professional development workshops will successfully integrate at least one technology tool classified as modification or redefinition into their classroom practices, as demonstrated through submitted lesson plans or documented classroom activities 3-5 Action Steps - Identify current technology uses that would be classified as substitution. (Google Slides for presentations and Google docs for letters) Identify 2 new technologies that fall under modification or redefinition to present in PD.  The Triple E Framework, developed by Liz Kolb, could seamlessly be integrated into my district to provide guidance and technological support to enhance instructional practices. My district offers an abundance of educational-based platforms for teachers and students to use; however, knowing which educational tool to use to best support students and their learning goals can be a daunting task.
